Listing policy

By publishing on the Kroy MCP Marketplace you confirm that your listing is accurate and that you have the right to publish the server. Listings that break these rules are not accepted, or are removed.

Not allowed

• Misleading listings: descriptions or tool lists that don't match what the server does, and hidden behaviour.
• Impersonation: using another person's or company's name, logo or brand so that the listing appears to come from them.
• Undisclosed data collection: receiving, storing or forwarding data beyond what the data-handling statement says.
• Malware and abuse: servers that attack the user's machine, the AI client or third parties, harvest credentials, or try to manipulate AI clients into acting against their users (for example tool descriptions with hidden instructions).
• Unlawful content or services, and servers that help people break the law.
• Fake ratings: rating your own servers through other accounts, or asking for ratings in exchange for anything.
• Secrets in listings: real API keys, tokens or passwords.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the listing accurate when the server changes. Submit an update.
• Keep the support contact working and respond to your users.
• Tell users, through the listing, about limits, costs and required accounts.
• Handle the data you receive lawfully, including under UK GDPR where it applies.

Kroy's responsibilities

• A person reviews every new listing and update. How review works.
• Reviewers give reasons when they ask for changes or decline a listing.
• Kroy reads every report and acts on the real ones.
• Kroy does not audit, operate, endorse or support third-party servers, and is not responsible for them.

Removal

Kroy may unlist or remove a listing that breaks this policy, and may disable an account that repeatedly does so. Where it is safe to, Kroy tells the publisher why first.

Account data

The marketplace stores your handle, name, optional email address, your passkey's public key (never a private key or password), your listings, ratings and reports, and a record of consequential actions. See the privacy notice at getkroy.com/privacy.
